Upfront & Wax presents - Frazer Campbell (Open,Woo.ble)

Studio work in 2013 saw Frazer releasing on a collection of labels from around the world as far as Columbia with various EP's and VA's on labels like Woo.Ble, Low to High and SecondStep to name a few.
The tracks have had support from fantastic artists globally.
The work rate in the studio for 2014 was kept at high level with repeat signings and releases stretching to other labels such as Raw Level, Kanja Records, Deep Square, Natural Beat, Sound Revolution Italy, Arupa Music, Stellar Mountain and OneGroove Records Berlin. The labels understood Frazer’s Deep passionate sound with its foundations of thoughtful emotion.

Frazer will be firmly locked in the studio over the coming winter months following a busy summer of gigs, with an appearance at Woo.Ble records showcase in November as part of the duo Campbell Bros.

The german resident and Holic Trax founder Tomoki Tamura comes yet again with a bag of heat and a super nice edit of Sierra Sam - one more on Holic Trax 012,a classic track in our opinion those vocal edits and toms to groove too on those late nights or early mornings depending on your preference but if thats not enough those futuristic pads that come in and make you feel so warm inside,its gives a feeling like no other you know those special moments when you are with friends partying(regardless of the time on the clock) and that jam comes on,well this is a perfect example of the feel good side of house,more atmospheric than the atmosphere we live in we really feel the love from this track

A "doubting Thomas" is a skeptic who refuses to believe without direct personal experience,enough about skeptics for the moment,we are here to talk about the man himself Doubting Thomas and his recent release on Archipel,The French born artist has really made an impact in the last 5 years appealing to fans across the world who fortunitly know about his work and the incredible amount of detail and precision he puts into each track he produces,An acquired taste some might say but that depends which side your bread is buttered on,for us we are very open minded and feel the love from each track he produces,this release on Archipel comes with great force and balance.
A dark mystical aroma of waves melting together into one amazing production,we love our French artists and especially the signature sound coming specifically from france which we feel has been more than accomplished in this new release

Picknik Recordings boss & musical entrepreneur Red Pig Flower has been on top of her game doing as many creative things as possible ranging from music production to abstract art,this we feel is reveled through her music ranging from house,techno,dub techno and experimental purely showing she has all aspects covered on that side.on the other side of things she was living in Berlin for a while where she played at TRESOR among other German clubs,we think Berlin is definitely a place where red can feel comfortable due to her mass passion for creativity and uniqueness,Also with 2 vinyl releases on infamous label  " VAST ".
she is also in high demand in terms of djing,playing all over Europe which include recent gigs in Germany & Amsterdam and quiet possibly the moon (one day)

Marc Milner is a bit of a hero in our eyes,if you have had the honor to see him play at any point in time
you will surely agree,his sets can go from anywhere in between very experimental stuff,minimal,dub techno to percussive-less rhythms and sound waves,He is also part of the A & R for pluie/noir booking agency as-well as being one of there active djs

His style and choice of music sets out from the rest in our opinion,He has worked with an endless amount of artists such as cleymoore,Shcaa,Dawidu,Vlad caia and Radiq to name but a few,he is respected the world over(for those that know of him)

if you know about room 3 and its intimate setting(its like a club within a club)
room 3 is definitely our favorite room at fabric,we think it offers a really intimate experience
and just the general atmosphere is amazing,we have spent many nights  in room 3 its kind of a safe haven
for people that want a more close upfront music experience(or maybe that's just me).
our most memorable experience was seeing the mole on nye at toi toi in room 3 along side Voigtmann and Mhm one.

Anton pieete emerge's from the depths with a firing release on (rejected)

after much of a dissaperance of anton after his previous sets on dancetrippin.tv,anton returns with the news ep,an 8 track digital release but this perticular track " howl " is definitely our favorite track

long awaited 08 by Berlin house trio -  italiojohnson 

if  07  is anything to go by then  08  is surely a priority on payday.

Four years after their debut release, background information on Berlin house trio ItaloJohnson is still scarce, but their stock-in-trade is by now common knowledge. Bumping, uncomplicated, hardware-created tools are the order of the day, and each of the three cuts here excel under 

these parameters. As with their seven previous EPs, ItaloJohnson 08 is presented with minimal packaging and no track titles.

The A-side is little more than an elasticated bass drum, claps and hats, and a repeating, Green Velvet-ish vocal loop, but it works superbly. The B1's primary selling point is its skittering, metallic key pattern, which conjures a mildly introspective take on Jeff Mills' "The Bells." Ominous bass groans and the odd distorted vocal snippet complete the brew. The B2 projects a gurning, acid-tinged bassline onto a stark percussive framework, closing another ItaloJohnson EP that's low on flab.
